We offer choirs to meet the interests and needs of several age groups and varied musical tastes.
Our church is blessed with many talented people. We strive in our weekly services to provide an atmosphere of worship where these talents can be used for the glory of God. We have a choir or ensemble group to fit almost any musical taste from contemporary to traditional.
Our Sanctuary Choir presents traditional sacred music in the 11:00 service each Sunday morning. They are a very hard working group. Under the direction of Tim Little, the choir is constantly learning new music and striving to perfect familiar favorites. The choir presents special music throughout the year, with musical programs every Christmas and Easter. They also enjoy fellowship together at various socials throughout the year.
The Sanctuary Choir rehearses each week on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. During preparations for Christmas, the choir participates in bonus rehearsals following the 11:00 a.m. worship once a month.
We also have a wonderful Contemporary Ensemble. They provide contemporary, upbeat selections for our 8:45 a.m. worship service and accompany the praise choruses. Though our contemporary service is new to our schedule this year, we are proud to have a very talented and dedicated group to make this service a meaningful experience.
Our Senior Adult Choir, the Joyful Notes, enjoys singing together each Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m. They enjoy the "golden oldies," rehearsing familiar songs from years past. This group presents a Christmas Musical each year and usually does some variety of Spring Program as well. They sing for Senior Adult Sunday every year in April as well.
We also have small vocal ensembles that sing from time to time and welcome anyone who would like to present a solo for one of our services.
