Who We Are . . . Where We Are Headed.

FBC Lumberton Youth are followers of Christ. We are not perfect, but forgiven. On a recent trip, we discussed who we are and what we long to be. The following sums up our vision as a youth group:

We will love and worship God. We will love and care for each other. We will not judge each other, but we will build each other up. We will be open-minded, loving and accepting of people who are different than us. We will reach out to others tall, short, fat, thin, smart, dumb, special ed, children, ugly, old, with raggedy clothes, young, red, yellow, black, white, cross-eyed, and/or pigeon toed. We are open for fellowship 24/7. God loves each of us and gave us gifts, talents, and abilities to serve the people of Robeson County, of NC, of the nation, and of the world. We long to be role models and to shine God’s light throughout the Universe.
